Code of Conduct Monitoring Committee
The Code of Conduct Committee aimed to strictly monitor the adherence of Code of Conduct defined for students, faculty, administrators & staff. The Code of Conduct Committee composed of coordinators from various other committees of the institution which directly or indirectly has influence on Code of the college.
Right to Information Act 2005 mandates timely response to citizen requests for government information. It is an initiative taken by Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions to provide a– RTI Portal Gateway to the citizens for quick search of information on the details of first Appellate Authorities,PIOs etc
INTERNAL COMPLAINT COMMITTEE
In pursuance of UGC (Prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment of women employees and girl students in higher educational institutions) Regulations 2015, the existing Sexual Harassment Redressal Committee is re-named as Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) as under to deal with the complaints relating to sexual harassment at workplace.
Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), receive complaints on sexual harassment at the workplace from an aggrieved woman, as well as to inquire into and make recommendations to the employer on the action required pursuant to its inquiry of such complaint made.
INSTITUTE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
This committee should continuously involved with Planning, Implementing, Monitoring and Updating all required activities of the Institute including proposing necessary rules, norms and guidelines to achieve the excellence in providing quality education to the students through planned activities. The committee also should plan for the requirements of each department/ section in all respects, preparing necessary interim budget, annual / semester wise budget.
The committee shouldassess the requirements of the various departments / Sections periodically and arrange for purchases in time effectively. The committee should collect periodically through the prescribed format including compiling consolidating and obtaining approval of the Principal.
WOMEN EMPOWERMENT COMMITTEE
The Women Empowerment Committee will look after the welfare of the women employees, facilitate redressal of their grievances and shall cater to the issues/ grievances concerning women employees. Women Empowerment Cell @ SREC is established to empower our women faculty, staff and students to make them understand and react suitable to the issues pertaining to women and to make the college campus a safe place for them. It also provides a platform for women to share their experiences and views regarding their status in the society and to suggest ways to improve and empower themselves.
GRIEVANCE & REDRESSAL COMMITTEE (for faculty)
The Grievance Committee shall consider the individual grievances raised by the concerned aggrieved faculty or the staff of the college. This Committee shall enforce total prohibition of any activities indulged by faculty or staff and maintaining the norms and policies of the College effectively.

The Grievance Committee shall consider the individual grievances raised by the concerned aggrieved students of the college. This Committee shall enforce total prohibition of any activities indulged by the students and maintain proper discipline inside the College and Hostel premises. The committee also will assist the college anti-ragging committee in preventing ragging in the College and/or Hostel premises.
Training and Placemnet
The Training and placement (T&P) shall provide necessary training to students and the career guidance to the students. The committee arranges campus interviews and placements by various companies. The committee shall promote the level of interaction between Industry & Institute to give exposure to students on real life situations of industries and make them understand the industrial atmosphere about the latest technological challenges and developments in the industries.
Arts & Cultural
The cultural committee shall promote and arrange extracurricular activities to bring out the talents of students in performing various arts. The cultural committee shall also plan, arrange and conduct suitable programs in the college and shall be engaged in selecting talented students to participate in competitions.
Sports and Games
The sports committee shall provide healthy leisure time for every student of the institute and shall motivate students to participate university zonal, inter zonal, and other reputed tournaments and sports activities. The committee shall also organize various sports events in the institute
EDC & IIIC
The Enterpreneurship Development Cell / Industry Interaction Cell shall provide career guidance to the students. The committee shall promote the level of interaction between industry and institute to give exposure to students and staffs on real life situations of industries and make them understand the industrial atmosphere about the latest technological challenges and developments in the industries
Professional Societies coordination
The committee should motivate all the teachers staff/ technical staff and students to be members of the various professional societies such as ISTE/IE/CSI/IEEE etc. The committee shall plan for conducting courses by availing grant etc., of various professional societies periodically so as to enable the staff and students to develop their knowledge, skills and leadership qualities
The Examination committee shall review the effectiveness of the arrangements , guidelines followed, and implementing the revised guidelines as per rules and regulations. The committee shall suggest the remedial measures based on the problems faced previously. The committee will also ensure the smooth and effective conducting of university / any other examinations with all required precautionary and safety arrangements
