GENERAL MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Repairs & Maintenance of all equipments / tools / machinery / furniture of the faculty room.

  • Preparing the proposal for purchasing of new equipments / tools / machinery / books / furniture required (small quantity) to the Departments.

  • Maintaining the accountability of the Laptops, DLPs, UPS, Data cards, software’s, anti-virus, pen-drives etc., provided to the Depts.

  • Maintenance & repairs of Furniture of the Lecture hall and laboratory.

  • To monitor and co-ordinate the periodical disposal of E-waste, Hazordous chemicals, other Solid waste & liquid waste through authorized agencies

  • Maintaining the water bodies for effective harvesting/ recharge and recycling mechanism inside the campus.

  • To arrange necessary initiatives for Green campus and maintain the proper usage of solar based lighting.
