Roles & Responsibilities of the Placement Cell
  • Coordinate with leading companies and effectively schedule campus recruitment drives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters while expanding industry partnerships.
  • Guide students through registration processes and placement procedures with clarity and support.
  • Organize pre-placement talks, mock interviews, and recruitment sessions to enhance student readiness.
  • Monitor student eligibility, maintain accurate placement records, and ensure transparency.
  • Provide continuous assistance and mentorship to students until they secure final placements.

Placement Policy
  • Students must register with the Placement Cell within the stipulated timeline to participate in campus recruitment activities.
  • A minimum of 80% attendance in placement training sessions, aptitude programs, mock interviews, and career readiness activities is mandatory to remain eligible for campus placements.
  • Eligibility for placement drives will be based on academic performance, attendance, technical competency, communication skills, and company-specific criteria.
  • Students are required to actively participate in aptitude tests, coding assessments, group discussions, technical sessions, and mock interview activities conducted by the Placement Cell.
  • Participation in all scheduled recruitment processes after registration confirmation is compulsory. Absence without valid reason may result in restriction from future placement activities.
  • Students must maintain professionalism, discipline, punctuality, and ethical conduct throughout all placement and recruitment activities.
  • Formal dress code is mandatory during campus recruitment drives, interviews, and official placement events.
  • Students must regularly update resumes, academic records, and required documents as instructed by the Placement Cell.
  • Direct communication with recruiters without prior permission from the Placement Cell is strictly prohibited.
  • Students are expected to continuously improve technical, analytical, aptitude, and communication skills to meet industry expectations.
  • Eligibility for internships and campus placements will be determined based on performance in assessments, training activities, academic records, and overall employability skills.
  • Students who fail to meet the required benchmarks may be directed to attend remedial training sessions and re-assessment programs.
  • High-performing students may receive priority consideration for advanced training programs, premium placement opportunities, and higher package recruitment drives.
  • Once a student receives and accepts an offer, further participation in placement drives may be restricted as per institutional norms.
  • Students must attend all pre-placement talks, company presentations, interview schedules, and placement-related meetings communicated by the Placement Cell.
  • Any form of malpractice, misrepresentation of information, or misconduct during recruitment processes will result in disciplinary action and possible disqualification from placements.
  • Students are encouraged to actively participate in career development initiatives such as resume building, higher education guidance, entrepreneurship programs, and industry interaction sessions.
  • The Placement Cell reserves the right to modify placement guidelines and policies whenever necessary in the interest of students and institutional requirements.
  • Decisions taken by the Placement Cell regarding placement processes, student eligibility, and disciplinary matters shall be final and binding.
