The resource person for the programme was Mr. Hari Jahnuduvipa Nitai Das, an RGUKT IIIT Basar Mechanical Engineering graduate who had worked as an Assistant Engineer at L&T for two years. He shared valuable insights on developing mental discipline, maintaining concentration, managing emotions, cultivating positive thoughts, and improving one’s overall personality. The session emphasized the importance of mind control and focused thinking in academic life as well as in personal and professional development. Through an interactive and motivational approach, the resource person encouraged students to develop healthy thought patterns, improve their ability to concentrate, and maintain emotional stability while facing academic and personal challenges.
