Department Profile

The growth of industrialization demands the expert managers. This was that boosted SREC to introduce management course. The department of MBA was switched on in the year 2009 with an intake of 60 that was increased to 120 from the year 2014. The department offers post graduation along with the specializations such as Human Resources, Marketing and Finance. The department has experienced and dedicated faculty as one of its major assets.

The department works towards providing career based education in the field of management and encourages the students to become entrepreneurs. In this connection the department provides students interactions with industrialist and visits to the industries. To enhance management skills of the students the department also conducts various programmes like management meets, seminars, workshops, guest lecturers etc under students’ club activities naming it “SYNERGY”.

HOD of Department and Faculty

The Department is headed by Dr. A. K. Neeraja Rani, Professor in MBA Department right from the inception of the Department. She completed her MBA from RGM College of Engg., and Technology, Nandyal, and received Ph.D.(HR) from Rayalaseema University. She has 13+ years of teaching experience in SREC. She published 24 papers in various national and international journals and conferences.
